Options

There are a variety of styles available, all can be adapted and catered to your requirements and needs. The beauty of each holiday unit is that they can be ordered and constructed. They are constructed to the highest specifications demanded by our organisation. You have the freedom to change the interiors of each home should you wish, for example, making a bedroom smaller to make a lounge area bigger.

A number of exterior colours are available to future purchasers, along with specific interior finishes, from the choice of flooring to the choice of kitchen and bathrooms, down to the choice of furnishings should you wish to purchase.

All of our holiday units come with UPVC Double glazed windows and doors and central heating and are all constructed with energy efficiency in mind and contract ready. Depending on the style of property you purchase, Le Lac de Castelgaillard are eager to promote energy efficient units where insulation and cost savings on energy bills are paramount. Many of our units will have two choices of heating via electricity or gas, but we, as an eco-aware organisation, will always encourage lower emissions when making your choice of how you would like to heat your property.

Costs and Reservation deposits

On choosing your particular plot, we will also discuss with you the prices and availability of certain units and then the decision is yours.

As in our past experience, we encourage buyers to reserve off plan and reserve their land parcel as soon as possible by offering immediate discounts to our buyers. In order to reserve your dream plot, we ask for a 5000 to 15000 euro totally 100% money back guaranteed deposit depending on the plot that you reserve, if project does not get permits.
